Upon purchase of a subscription, you will be charged immediately, giving you access to your chosen course. The frequency of billing will depend upon on the billing cycle you chose. For example, if you chose a monthly subscription on the 1st of January, you will be billed on each subsequent month on the 1st. If you chose an Annual subscription, you will be billed again on the anniversary of your subscription.

We have noticed that the PayPal payment mechanism can be temperamental. In some instances, it can take up to three attempts to make payment, which we know is very frustrating. However, we monitor this very closely - should you be double- or triple-charged, we will refund the surplus charge(s) - although this never actually happens as it's a failure on PayPal's part, not ours. Instead, the failed payments are marked as pending under your account (because our system has recorded your attempt to make a subscription). These pending payments are deleted shortly after a successful attempt to subscribe (i.e. PayPal hasn't glitched) and payment has been made. A pending payment or payments in your account are nothing to worry about, and will not result in you being charged.

Yes! We do not store your credit card information. All aspects of payment are handled through PayPal, which is heavily layered with security.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are not given. Thus, if you purchase an annual subscription, and cancel after 5 months, your subscription will remain operational until the year is completed, but we will not charge you again. After your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to the course. Please note, however, our system will send you notifications that your subscription is about to expire when that time draws near - this DOES NOT indicate that we will charge you again.
